  • Service Information: Device/network issues, CCTV requirements, geolocation for service, problem descriptions, photos/videos for diagnostics.
  • Payment & Billing: Bank details or payment references, processed securely via your bank or third-party gateways.
  • Other Voluntary Info: Preferences, feedback, or any details you share during interactions.


We do not collect sensitive personal information (health, race, religion) unless explicitly needed and with your consent.

We collect personal information primarily through:

  • Direct interactions: WhatsApp, voice calls, or in-person visits.
  • Emails or attachments you send.
  • During service delivery (e.g., device access, shared photos).



5. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information to:

  • Provide IT support, repairs, network setup, and CCTV installations.
  • Communicate quotes, appointments, updates, or troubleshooting advice.

  • Deletion: Information is securely deleted when no longer required.
